Maxwell Fine wines is run by Stephen and Catherine Maxwell. Stephen has held various senior management and marketing positions in global and European food companies and has spent over six years working in France.

Catherine's family, the Dorneaus, have been producing wine at Chateaux La Croix, Frosnac in the Bordeaux region, for several generations where Patrick Dorneau, her brother, currently manages the vineyards.
