Bailli, Mike Attenborough-Cox with Echanson Gerard Basset

Our first outing to Echanson Gerard and Nina Basset's hotel proved a most successful evening. Gerard introduced guests to ideas of matching food and wine with a late selection of 6 wines that included an excellent Gruner Veltliner and a wonderful sticky from Samos to finish. Guests included Chancelier Charles Pritchard and his Wife Christa.

We wish the Bassets great success with this new venture.
