One of Winchester's newest restaurants played host for an informal dinner on Friday, 17th October with a decidedly French flavour, in every sense. Some members really got into the spirit of things by wearing Gallic costumes.

The excellent menu consisted of some of Maman Blanc's favourite recipes, including Moules Marinières, choice of Navarin d'Agneau or Foie de Veau, some fantastic cheeses and a Tarte fines aux Pommes.

The dinner was held on the first floor of the restaurant, sharing space with the open kitchen, which added to the friendly ambience. In all, the evening proved to be very relaxing and enjoyed by all.
