Mike Womersley, Maitre Rotisseur, the Three Lions, Stuckton

A group of members and guests enjoyed a very leisurely lunch on a beautiful day in the New Forest. Partridge and Duck were seasonal offerings, together with wild mushrooms collected by Maitre Rotisseur Mike Womersley on his morning walk.

The herbs from Mike and Jayne's garden find their way into most dishes and amongst the wonderful desserts was a Verbena Ice Cream - a first for many of us.
