Lunch at the Carnarvon Arms, with Simon Pitney-Baxter

A group of between 30 and 40 members and guests enjoyed a very convivial and leisurely lunch in the recently renovated dinning room of the Carnarvon Arms.

For many members this was a new venue, and Head Chef Simon Pitney-Baxter won many plaudits for both his Sea Bream and his liver and bacon. We were joined by Vic Laws, Bailli de Thames Valley, and his wife Thelma, by Barbara Maw, Bailli de Londres, and her daughter Sara, and Larry Cunningham, Bailli Honoraire du Solent and his wife Polly.
