The Chesil Rectory
Winchester's best restaurant, The Chesil Rectory, joins the Bailliage de Wessex. Carl Reeve, the owner, and Robert Quehan, the head chef, believe that this gives them a link to people who would typically patronise the restaurant.

At the Grand Chapitre in Geneva, our Bailli, Philip Evins, was intronised by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs' President, Yam Atallah. He was supported by Marie Jones, Membre du Conseil d'Administration et du Conseil Magistral and Peter Musa, Bailli Délégué of Switzerland and Vice President International.

Keith Marshall, south Berkshire's most successful chef, and his wife Julie join the Bailliage.
The Dew Pond has twice been The Good Food Guide's 'Best Restuarant in Berkshire' and annually, for over 10 years, has gained a Michelin Bib Award.

The Thatched Cottage joins Bailliage
Martin Matysik, prize winning chef/proprietor of the Thatched Cottage restaurant in Brockenhurst is the latest member to join the Bailliage. Martin recently won the Hobart International Prize for his new pasta dish from 800 entrants worldwide.
